Generally, shippers get paid in cash through Paypal, Venmo, Google Pay, Zelle, Facebook, etc. At the moment, the shippers and senders can do their transactions out of CarryLug’s system. However, CarryLug will soon have a mode of transaction in its own system in the future in order to have more credibility.

This depends on the rules and regulations that are set by the shippers. The fees set by certain shippers might already consist of a delivery to a destination, while certain shippers calculate the delivery fees based on the actual fees that’s earned or as agreed on at the beginning. Therefore, both the senders and shippers should agree on whose incharge of the delivery fees to the destination.

Once the shipper reaches their destination, they have the responsibility of delivering the item within five days, starting from the arrival date that has been specified on our system. In case of an exception, the shipper needs to alert our team or the sender.

Shippers are responsible for any damage or loss of an item. Or else, they’re going to be removed from the system and won’t be allowed to use our services anymore. On the other hand, if the damage occurred due to other factors, which were mentioned by the shipper in their rules and regulations, then the sender has to accept those conditions before moving forward with the service.

All this depends upon the agreement that has been made between the shipper and the sender.
